Summer's Over, and Fall is Here!

Ok, so I should go back and blog our summer activities...but frankly, our summer wasn't that exciting! We had a very pleasant summer and got to see lots of people we love, but nothing too out of the ordinary. I'm going to do our "Back to School" stuff and maybe I'll go back later and do July and August. Who knows!

We have exciting news that most of you Aldridge fans probably already know by now. WE ARE PREGNANT WITH TWINS!!!!!!!! hahahahahahahahahahahahahahah Just kidding!
Seriously, WE ARE MOVING TO UTAH!!!! Finally, after much deliberation, prayer, fasting, more prayer, and more deliberation...it's going to happen! We are going to be "Utah Mormons" and we are very happy about it!

Mark and I went out in August and met with several chiropractors willing to do office shares and we've decided to join with an office in south Salt Lake close to Sugar House. Mark feels good about it and we feel like it's a "win-win" situation that I don't need to get in to on my blog....

It looks like we will be renting in Lehi and we are looking forward to living near wonderful family there and being close to Mark's parents. I will post pictures of back to school first and then our trip out to Utah underneath them.

The kids are looking forward to the new school year and even if we're not in Virginia for much longer, they love their new teachers. Seth entered the seventh grade, Luke is in fifth, Macy started second grade, and Evan and Jack BOTH started preschool for the first time. Having five kids ready in the morning by 8:15 is not easy, but they are very cooperative and hopefully soon we won't be making a mad dash to the bus stop every day! Mom needs to get up earlier!! We are blessed with great kids, a fabulous, hard working Dad and friends we love so much...and our extended family is the BEST!!

Speaking of extended family being wonderful...my saint Mom offered to fly Jack out to Utah while we drive the other monkeys out next month! She really did confirm her spot in heaven with that offering! Little does she know...seriously Jack is adorable and I'm sure they will have a lovely flight out!
